The hotel room was reasonably large and quiet, with a nice couch to relax on. We were greeted by the best and cooperative staff. - the bar at the hotel was pretty lovely.

The breakfast was extensive.

The shower is not suitable for wheelchair users.

This hotel is exceptionally comfortable and located in a convenient and peaceful area. the staff is attentive and smart. - There is a wide array of brilliant meals offered. - the location is right by a lovely park and the railway. - It was a great experience overall.

The choice at the breakfast buffet was good, very good coffee. Room was quiet. Can be recommended.

Such a great stay for a business trip. Standard king room with even a nice couch to relax. Bonus point for a kettle and good self-catering facilities.

Despite free rooms I got a room to the railway line, which was very very loud. The price was much too expensive, but due to a fair that took place in Düsseldorf.

The rooms here are spacious and even have a comfortable couch for relaxation, situated in a peaceful location close to a railway.

I loved the bed and the lovely soft pillow, and the breakfast was very nice. i required the kitchen facilities, which was very important for me.

I arrived early so that i could perhaps get the room earlier to freshen up and go explore the city before my business started the following day. However , i was told quite clearly that the room would only be available at 2pm. I thought this was very poor service and this ruined the only free day that i had. secondly there was only 1 english channel on TV and this was CNN. Long walk to main station.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice; the hotel's location was convenient, close to transportation options and Dusseldorf.

The hotel charged me Euro 20 extra because I checked in at 1300 hrs!! I was told that check-in time was 1600 hrs and this was the extra charge for an early check-in. This came as a surprise to me especially when I have stayed in this hotel several times before. I am totally put off by this outrageous extra charge.
